The template cannot be modified or reformatted. Any missing or incorrect data will prevent the file from uploading successfully. If you receive an error message, you will need to correct the data errors in your file before trying to upload again.
Look for formatting errors such as:
- extra spaces
- blank fields
- commas versus dots
- '.com' versus '.net'
- case sensitive data
- post codes with missing or additional digits
- Gift Card dollar amounts less than $5 or greater than $4999.99
- Changes or reformatting of the upload template
